Always give yourself space in between your inner interactions, your thoughts, your feelings and what you think about anything or anyone.  This is the key or even the way towards a healthy inner self.  Remember, from thinking something, feeling something, it still will need a long walk to go.  So don’t worry about anything in yourself, if you give yourself space to see and ponder over your thoughts, you’ll see an openness from seeing a path (which is what you think or even consider real) and walking the path (which would be your drive through what you though or felt).

I think some people suck.. But, after a while of thinking or experimenting other stuff.  I neglect that idea, which will take me to generate this dislike towards this people and even at some point want to hit them.  So, basically don’t jump to conclusions and give yourself space between what you think and what you do.
